* Reviewed methods of assessing children's special needs.

*Evaluated curriculum planning for special needs' children.
* Discussed ways of supporting families and guiding parents.
* Considered the ways in which the community can be involved in the children's care.
Admission Requirements
This workshop is open to women and men between 30-50 years of age, head teachers, principals, directors, supervisors and coordinators of regular and special education settings and early primary classes from 3-8 years old, teaches trainers, psychologists, social and community workers and paramedical staff; professionals working with the age group of birth to eight years. It is highly recommended for team members to apply together. Candidates should have completed academic studies or relevant professional training in early childhood and special education. They should have at least 7 years experience in the field. A good command of spoken and written English is essential.
La beca incluye alojamiento, alimentacion, entrenamiento y material didactico. No incluye tiquetes aereos.

Aims:
Upon their return to their home countries, it is expected that participants should be able to:
· Initiate and conduct research needed for optimum adaptation of Agricultural Engineering Technologies.
· Transfer the knowledge to extension workers and farmers
· Contribute to the scientific knowledge on these subjects in their home countries.
· Maintain the scientific relations formed during the course, implement agricultural projects and joint research with scientists from Israel and their respective countries.
Main Subjects:
Precision Farming; N.D.T (Non-Destructive Techniques); New technologies, R & D in Irrigation; New Technologies, R & D in I.P.M. (Integrated Pest Management); Quality Management; Greenhouse Engineering; Mechanization and Automation.
Admission and Applications:
The workshop is designed for the academic staff of agricultural research institutions and universities, with at least 3 years experience in Agricultural Engineering. Applicants from other institutions, with a second or third academic degree and senior extension officers active in agricultural development are also welcome.

Aims
The aim of the course are to identify problems pertinent to the vegetable production industry which are of common interest to the participating countries as well as to review modern methods for solving these problems, on the basis of exchanging accumulated knowledge and experience.
