Course Objectives
The aim of the course is to train participants in the basic principles of food science and technology and their implementation in the food industry. Special emphasis will be placed on a multidisciplinary approach, which will integrate recent advances both in science and manufacturing. Regular staff members of the Faculty and other experts will conduct the academic program.

Requirements
Candidates interested in attending the program require:
M.Sc. degree or above in food sciences, biology, biochemistry or a related field from a recognized university
An authorized certificate of English proficiency at a level of at least 195 on the TOEFL scale or an internationally recognized equivalent (The language of instruction is English). Therefore, participants whose native tongue isn't English, must furnish proof of proficiency in this language.)
Copies of degrees must be included with application forms
An official certificate of good health
Professional experience in the field
Letters of recommendation from the candidate's place work or study
