Swansea University Female students ordinarily resident in a developing country as listed below* who are admitted to pursue taught master’s postgraduate courses within the College of Human and Health Sciences at Swansea University shall be eligible to apply for the Eira Francis Davies Scholarship. Suitable postgraduate taught courses can be found here. The Eira Francis Davies Scholarship is a full tuition fee scholarship, and will be awarded to students demonstrating academic excellence and evidence of financial need. It is also a condition of the award that students return to their home country and detail how completion of the programme will better the lives of those at home. Rotary International Cada año Rotary otorga becas a profesionales destacados y comprometidos del mundo entero para que cursen estudios en los Centros de Rotary pro Paz. Mediante una metodología que integra los estudios académicos y las prácticas profesionales, los becarios de Rotary pro paz se transforman en líderes y catalizadores en el campo de la paz y la resolución de conflictos. Una vez concluidos sus estudios, muchos pasan a trabajar en la administración pública del país de origen así como en ONG, las fuerzas armadas, las fuerzas de orden público y en organismos internacionales como las Naciones Unidas o el Banco Mundial. Estamos aceptando solicitudes para el año 2018-2019. Los interesados en postular a una Beca de Rotary pro Paz deben remitir sus solicitudes a sus distritos antes del 31 de mayo. Los distritos deben remitir a La Fundación Rotaria las solicitudes que avalen a más tardar el 1 de julio.
